This policy explains how Christina Ribel (“Christina”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information across the website christinaribel.com and The Sleep Plan app. By using them, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us on the website. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you provide it), and your message. When you join our email list, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. When you buy something or book coaching, we collect the details needed to fulfil that order.

The Sleep Plan app. When you set up the app you give us your first name and email address. As you use the app, your answers — your sleep assessment, daily check-ins, journal entries, mind dumps, and your progress through the program — are saved to our private database, linked to your email, so Christina can save your plan and support you. A copy also stays on your phone. We use this only to run the program and to tailor Christina's guidance and emails to you. We do not sell it and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools in the app.

Information collected automatically. On the website we use a small number of cookies (for example, to remember your cookie choice) and our payment provider may set cookies during checkout. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising tools and does not track you across other apps or websites.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, to send you emails you have asked for, to process and deliver orders and coaching, to run and improve the website and app, and to keep everything secure. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

If you join our list (on the website or from the app), we send occasional emails through our email provider, Kit. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your email address.

Payments on the website are processed by Stripe. Your full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can perform that work for us: our email provider (Kit), our payment provider (Stripe), and our hosting and database provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep the information you give us for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below). Deleting the app removes the copy on your phone; to remove the copy in our database, email us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing; we honour these requests.

Our website, app, and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and work with clients globally. If you use our services from outside the country where our providers store data, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
