During more than 15 years of helping lifestyle and fashion brands improve performance through customer and employee satisfaction, I developed a method for focusing on individual circumstances to unlock each person's potential.
This led me to discover restorative sleep as one of the most powerful tools for transformation, and I began a multi-year-long journey of training to become an expert of the subject.
Recognizing that great sleep fuels every aspect of life, I became the Sleep Advisor at one of the world’s most prestigious luxury‑bed brands, optimizing sleep environments and schedules for athletes, musicians, and executives worldwide.
During the past 8 years, I has developed my own method - The Sleep Plan Method - to help individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life achieve the best sleep of their lives.
I live in Marbella and Los Angeles with my husband and son.
