A focused, 50-minute online reiki treatment delivered in the comfort of your own home anywhere in the world. Designed to calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and support your body’s natural capacity to restore balance.
What to Expect
Brief intake (5-10 minutes): Current symptoms, goals for the session, any recent changes in health or stress.
Hands-on/near-body reiki (30 minutes): You relax fully clothed on your bed or sofa. Gentle, non-invasive energy work targets key points to settle the mind and rebalance the system.
Integration (5-10 minutes): Practical guidance for the next 24–48 hours (hydration, rest, simple grounding practices).
