Welcome to Christina Ribel’s website. By accessing or using this site and purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By using this website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make any purchases.
  2. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
  3. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not post or transmit any material that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  4. Products & Purchases Book (“The Sleep Plan”): Available in physical and digital formats. All sales are final—no refunds or returns. Coaching Services: One-on-one or group programs (“Coaching”). You must provide accurate personal information and payment details.
  5. Coaching Appointments & Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule a coaching appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full session fee. Prepaid session packages (3, 6, 10 sessions, etc.) are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be rescheduled per our standard cancellation policy but will not be refunded. 
  6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned or licensed by Christina Ribel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
  7. Disclaimers All information and services provided are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
  8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christina Ribel and her affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in Coaching.
  9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles.

Refund Policy

Book Purchases

All sales of The Sleep Plan Book (print and digital) are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

Coaching Services

Appointment cancellations: Free up to 24 hours before. Full fee charged for cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice.

Prepaid session packages: All payments for blocks of sessions are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled according to our cancellation policy but cannot be refunded.
